We are a group of individual beginners, amateurs, and professionals. The bonding element is the photographic image and the tools that make it happen. Friendly competition and sharing the how-to's are critical to what we are as a club. You don't have to know much to start - you only have to have the desire to try something new. We are part of the Twin Cities Area Council of Camera Clubs and many of our members belong to other area clubs. 

What makes us different is the desire to develop an artistic vision and expand our skills with the newest digital darkroom tools. You won't be required to leap mountains or create masterpieces, but you will learn and have an opportunity to share your images in a welcoming environment.

Meetings are held once a month with field trips scheduled for weekend days several times a year.

DPS is a member of the Twin Cities Area Council of Camera Clubs, participating in local, national, and international competitions supported by the Council and its members.
